The copyright in materials displayed on this Website or available for download is either owned by Soleplan or by a third party who has granted Soleplan the right to use the material in this manner. The trademarks (whether or not registered), service marks, trade names, logos and other indication of origin, including but not limited to, Rise Up, Attracting Abundance, Prosperity and Manifestation, The Quantum Leap, The 11 Master Secrets To Business Success and Personal Fulfillment Book and The 10 Steps To Successful Manifestation, whether or not displayed on this Website are either registered and unregistered trademarks of Soleplan.

SHIPPING AND TRACKING
No responsibility is taken for items lost or damaged in transit.
Delivery times are estimated and excludes time in customs (if applicable) and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of our control. Actual delivery times may vary in accordance with your local postal service.
For orders outside Australia tracking is not provided via airmail or sea mail. Additional postage service fees will apply in such circumstances.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
No refunds are given and all sales are final. We accept returns of products, within 3 days of receipt of purchase, if you were sent the incorrect item or if the item is faulty.
We take no responsibility if your order is deemed undeliverable by the postal service and returned to us. Full shipping costs will apply to have your order re-delivered.
ONLINE SESSIONS AND WORKSHOPS BY BARRY NICOLAOU
Appointments are limited and typically are scheduled at the time of purchase via the online calendar. Appointments are confirmed after purchase of a session and a mutually agreed time is arranged which is dependent upon Barry Nicolaou’s availability.
Appointments, consultations, webinars, online sessions or workshops are typically conducted via Skype, ZOOM, or other online presentation portal which requires a reliable internet connection.
Cancellation policy: A non-refundable deposit of AUD500 applies to all confirmed bookings and packages and must be paid before the commencement of the first session. All schedule changes and cancellations must be made a minimum of 5 business days in advance to give us time to offer you an alternative time.. If any of your authorized attendees or employees fail to show up for your session, they are considered a “no show” and will be charged for 100% of the cost of your session.
Confirmation emails: you will receive an email confirming the appointment time, date, specific link and among other contact details relating to the online presentation platform. It’s your responsibility to read these and verify their accuracy.
If you don’t know how to use the online presentation platform selected by Soleplan for the purpose of broadcasting the purchased sessions or webinars, please send us any queries via the ‘Contact us’ link on the Website or email us directly. We suggest you use all your valuable session time for your session (and not technical matters) by testing the technology in advance.
Wrong login details or links: You will have multiple opportunities to verify and correct your contact details. If you provide the wrong details we will attempt to reach you via email. If you don’t respond to that within 15 minutes of the commencement of your scheduled session time, then that constitutes a “no show” for your session.
After we have confirmed the date and time of your session(s) and in the unusual occurrence that Barry Nicolaou may need to reschedule a session, the next available time will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time as soon as possible.
A recording service is not included in your session (Unless previously arranged with Barry Nicolaou). If you wish to record your session, you are welcome to make one copy using your own recording device provided that the recording is for personal use and it is not copied or otherwise shared with any other person or communicated in any medium.
PAYMENT
Invoices are payable monthly in arrears within 30 days of receipt of Soleplan’s invoice and is typically sent by email.
TAX
For Australian clients products and session prices are exclusive of GST. All prices are listed in Australian dollars.
